The versatility of M1000E Loom is completed thank the possibility to weave fabrics from 1.300 mm up to 3.600 mm .. 

MAIN MOTOR :
The main working is effected by a 5,5 Kw motor . The Loom can be equipped by a A.C. type motor or a Brushless type motor .The electrical working consuption is 7-8 Amper .

GRIPPERS CONTROL :
The Grippers movement is effected by a couple of toothed sector-pinion , drived by a eccentric , without the presence of other gears , with the advantage to not have any problem of phase or clearance in the time . The movement has a minimum acceleration wheter in the moment of weft taking of the carrying gripper or in the moment of the weft exchange in the center . All the movements are closed in oil boxes connected to the lateral loom shoulders . The change of the fabric width can be effected in few minutes ( 15-20 minutes) by very simple operations . These operations consist in a simple internal adjustment inside the tapes movement boxes , without to line up the sliding plain neither to disassemble the tapes and toothed wheels .

REED MOVEMENT :
The reed movement is effected by two couples of positive cams that are installed inside of oil boxes fixed on the lateral shoulders of the loom . The cams couples are installed on the main shaft ( camshaft) ; The main shaft is a whole shaft without any connection joint , to guarantee in the years , independently of the speed , a total absence of clearance and vibrations . The cams outline is 145° and permits to obtain the maximum noiseless and the absence of vibrations .

LUBRIFICATION :
All the main mechanical parts are closed in oil boxes , to avoid mechanical maintenance operations and to reduce ,considerably, the check and cleaning time . A only oil centralized pump effects the lubrification of the central bush of the reed shaft .

PICK FINDING :
The pick finding is automatic, controlled by Controller C1000 . When the machine stops for a warp or weft brekage the Controller C1000 predisposes the pick finding without moving the dobby .

GRIPPERS :
The Grippers are installed on flexible tapes . The body is steel covered with hard chromium to protect them from the wear . The grippers geometry permits to weave every type of weft . The M1000E loom can be equipped also by positive grippers whose characteristic is to take and exchange the weft in positive way , permitting the weaving of very special wefts ( bouclè , ciniglia , light carpet ,etc ) .

ELECTRONICAL FABRIC TAKE UP :
The fabric Take Up is electronic and it is controlled by Controller C1000 . The adjustment of the fabric density can change from 35 up to 570 weft per decimetre .

ELECTRONICAL WARP LET OFF :

The warp Let Off is electronic and it is controlled by Controller C1000 . Thank to the sensitivity and the regularity of the warp-bar system, of the analogic sensor and of the software system , the warp Let Off assures a costant tension of the warp from beginning up to the end of the weaving .

MAINTENENCE COSTS:

The M1000E loom maintenance cost is very low , about 1% per year ,  of  purchase loom price .

C HEALD FRAMES MOVEMENT :
The heald frames movement can be effected with the following systems :
a- Cams movement
b- Electronic rotary Dobby up to max . 28 shafts .
c- Jaquard : The loom M1000E can be equipped by electronical Jaquard .

The  main functions of C1000 Controller are the following :

     - Indication and elaboration of  the statistic and operative data

- Programming  of dobby and weft selector programs

     - Programming and control of the warp Let Off

     - Programming and control of the fabric Take Up 

     - Programming of the time start and ramp of the main motor

     - Programming of time start and ramp of warp Let Off  motor and Take Up motor .

     - Programming of the anti-defect systems for the warp and weft stops .

- Programming of the fringe weaving ( weaving without weft )

- Programming  the weaving with different weft density fields ( up to n° 8 weft density fields )
