Our
company produces Rapier and Shuttle weaving Looms for
textile production . The production and commercial factory
is in Italy in Agliana , in Prato textile area
We
have a great experience in this sector , because we produce
weaving looms since 1950 , starting from first shuttle
looms .
Our
Looms are known for their productivity and flexibility and
for the facility to control and use. We offer on our
machines many electronical and mechanical spare parts that
give to the fabric a real added value .
Our
service gives to the customer the safety that their machines
will be immediately productive and that for many years .
We
can guarantee, directly by our technicians or not directly
by our agents an excellent after sale service in many
country of the world . This guarantee is assured from fact
that we produce all the parts of our machines , included the
Controller . To confirm that , we can assure that , at the
moment we can still supply spare parts for the first model
of our rapier looms produced from 1965 up to 1978 .
Our
Looms are based on mechanical and electronical technology
developed from ourselves that help our customers to satisfy
all their quality exigences .
In
our company , a new research always starts from an intense
dialogue with the customers and from a further market
research . Our Research and Development office traslates the
customers and market questions into innovations that can be
utilized to install on the present loom or for the
realization of a new loom .
The
spare parts of the loom are tested , before , outside the
main assembling line , later , after the assembling , each
machine is tested in all its mechanical and electronical
parts .
The
total care for the quality is our main strategic choice. The
quality is inside each our loom and it is inside of planning
phases , of parts and material purchase , of production ,
of assembling , of mechanical electronical and software
tests , of customer installation , of workers training and
of after-sale service .
Mazzini Looms are planned to produce high quality fabrics
and special fabrics with extremely competitive costs . Our
looms working are extremely simple with very low maintence
exigence and are very easy to control and use .
